* Effects & results vary with individuals (eg body flexibility, toned & stronger muscles, weight regulation, better focus & confidence, relaxation, stress relief, overall wellbeing, improved posture, feel happy).
* Techniques and recommendations should NOT replace the advice of a medical practitioner
* Participants are to seek doctor’s advice prior to signing up for any exercise program (especially if pregnant / have medical conditions)
* Participants are to inform the yoga teacher of any medical conditions
