Session Details
· One to 1.5 hours (Warm-up is ESSENTIAL)
· Preferred class size: 10 participants or less
· Attire – Loose, comfortable, clean
· Atmosphere - respectful (self and others), joyful, quiet, self-aware, no handphone calls/sms, airconditioning is not recommended
· Participants to arrive 10min early to tune in to yoga mode. Food intake is not advisable 2hrs before class
· Participants causing disruptions: The yoga teacher reserves the right to excuse them from class in order not to deprive others of a harmonious and conducive training/healing environment
· Attitude - patient, non-competitive, co-operative, tenacious, timely, self-disciplined
· If the designated teacher is unavailable, class will be postponed. (Cancellation by participants will not be replaced)
· Namaste and Ahimsa: Reaching out to the divine in all of us, and consciously promoting the holistic wellbeing and positive growth of all concerned, the teacher endeavours to share in all her knowledge and experiences, whilst participants agree to save the yoga teacher/coach/healer and/or the yoga institution from any liability for injuries/damages/loss whatsoever (psychological, physical etc) arising direct or indirectly relating to the sessions.
