This morning I had a yoga session at my student's house from 7-8am. Yoga in the morning is very good for bringing the metabolism rate to a high level. You will feel more energized throughout the day! 

1) Higher metabolism rate means... You will be burning more calories throughout the day. Conducive to weight loss!

2) Since you haven't had your breakfast, your body lacks carbohydrates. Without the carbohydrate, body fat is burnt as a source of energy...this is good news for those who wish to lose off a bit of excess fat!

3) Feeling physically and mentally refreshed and relaxed, you will be able to cope with your daily life stressors better!

 

After morning yoga, have a good healthy breakfast and give life a BIG smile!
